Saracino Top White Sugar Paste for Covering. 1 kg, Gluten-Free.
Ready-to-use sugar paste specifically for covering cakes. Contains no palm oil, hydrogenated fats, or artificial thickeners. It is extremely elastic and resistant: we guarantee perfect results even with very thin layers, and it easily tolerates temperature variations without exuding moisture or cracking . We recommend kneading the paste for at least two minutes before use to maintain its elasticity and resistance. If this is not sufficient, we recommend briefly heating it in the microwave (700 WATTS) for a maximum of 10 seconds. Contains sugars, cocoa butter, and sunflower oil. It is suitable for hot and humid climates. It easily withstands temperatures above 30°C and high humidity levels, with perfect results on cakes. Paste Top can also be used for cakes that require refrigeration. It can be colored with fat-soluble food coloring in powder or gel form. It has a delicate vanilla aroma that enhances its sweet flavor, perfectly complementing the cake.
