Decorating cakes and sweets uniquely with the silicone molds from the SPECIAL DAY line is a lot of fun. Simply spread a thin layer of starch on your work surface and roll out a log of sugar paste. Place the log on the mold after dusting it with starch. Use your fingertips to smooth the sugar paste over the mold, then remove the excess. Remove the necklace.

Note: To easily remove the shapes from the mold, simply place them in the freezer to cool for a few moments. Alternatively, brush the mold with powdered sugar before inserting the sugar paste.
