Instructions: Knead your fondant well. Mix the fondant with a little CMC if necessary. Shape into a ball and press the marzipan or fondant from the inside out into the mold. Remove the mold from the mold. If necessary, dust the mold with a little cornstarch to make the fondant or gum paste easier to work with. Wash and dry the mold thoroughly before use.
