Ideal for use with sugar paste, marzipan, chocolate, and isomalt. This mold gives a beautiful effect to cakes. This mold is 32 cm long, making it ideal for use with large cakes. This mold is also perfect for decorating wedding cakes! Instructions for use: Simply dust the mold with a little icing sugar or grease with Crisco, then insert the right amount of sugar paste and press gently. To facilitate release, simply place the mold in the freezer for a few minutes. Any excess paste that forms should be removed with a sharp knife. Wash and dry the mold well before use.
