This mold is also perfect for decorating wedding cakes! Instructions for use: Simply dust the mold with a little icing sugar or grease with Crisco, then insert the right amount of sugar paste and press gently. To facilitate the release, simply keep the mold in the freezer for a few minutes. The excess paste that forms must be removed with a sharp knife. Wash and dry the mold well before use.
