LaTriplozero . Made from type 00 soft wheat. Ideal for making fresh homemade pasta, including filled pasta. A very white blend with an ash content of less than 0.30%, achieved by extracting the innermost part of the wheat grain and washing the grain, a distinctive feature of Molino Dallagiovanna. The fresh pasta will thus be enhanced by the egg color, for a decidedly better look and taste. This flour maintains perfect hydration during kneading, ensuring a perfect bond between the pasta and excellent cooking resistance. NB: Since the 5 kg packs are portioned into 1 kg bags, it is possible to specify, after placing the order, that you wish to have the quantities ordered in 1 or more kg in the same package. *May contain traces of SOY.
TIPS FOR PERFECT STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, with a maximum humidity of 65%, away from light, even when opened. A closed cupboard or kitchen cabinet is ideal; once opened, simply reseal the bag and secure it with a clothespin or tape. During warmer periods, you can store the bag, even opened, in the refrigerator.
