Type 0 soft wheat flour, obtained by cylinder-milling 100% Italian wheat grown using an organic farming system. Ideal for all bread, pizza, pastry, and fresh pasta doughs. It gives products a delicate wheat flavor and aroma. P/L: 0.55 | 0.65. NB: The 1 and 5 kg packs are portioned from larger bags. The soft wheat varieties that make up this flour are selected annually from the best organic productions in Italy, in order to guarantee the best technical performance. Ideal for all uses, for doughs with direct and indirect brewer's yeast and sourdough starter.
