FREE FROM ADDITIVES. 100% ITALIAN WHEAT. WHOLE WHEAT flour, obtained by cylinder-milling 100% Italian wheat grown using an organic farming system. Ideal for all bread, pizza, pastry, and fresh pasta doughs. Thanks to its high fiber content, it has a very high liquid absorption capacity and gives the finished product a distinct wheat flavor and aroma. The varieties of soft wheat that make up this flour are selected annually from the best organic productions in Italy to ensure the best technical performance. The milling using cast iron cylinders with a long diagram allows us to respect the natural delicate characteristics of organic wheat.
