FARPizza. Nobilgrano N BLU Flour - Type 1 - W 290 P/L 0.55 with stabilized wheat germ. Soft wheat flour. 1 and 5 kg packs .

Flour obtained by grinding and sifting the finest, carefully selected grains, washed in water according to the finest milling traditions, and ground slowly to avoid deteriorating their characteristics. During milling, the wheat germ is extracted from the grain, stabilized to prevent rancidity due to its nutrient content, and reintroduced into the sourdough starter. This results in crispier, tastier products. Ideal for processing, with up to 10 hours of leavening at room temperature and 24 hours in the refrigerator. It is suitable not only for classic pizza, but also for pan-baked products. The type of product packed is always printed on the side of the bag. *Contains GLUTEN; May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD, LUPINS. TIPS FOR PERFECT STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C, with a maximum humidity of 65%, and away from light even when the package is open.
