Saracino Top White Sugar Paste for Covering. 5 kg, Gluten-Free.
Ready-to-use sugar paste specifically for covering cakes. Contains no palm oil, hydrogenated fats, or artificial thickeners.
- It is extremely elastic and resistant: we guarantee perfect performance even with very thin thicknesses and it easily withstands temperature variations, without exuding humidity or cracking.
- It's recommended to knead the dough for at least two minutes before use to keep it elastic and resistant. If this isn't enough, briefly heat it in the microwave (700 WATTS) for up to 10 seconds.
- Contains sugars, cocoa butter and sunflower oil
- It's suitable for hot and humid climates. It easily withstands temperatures above 30°C and high humidity, yielding a perfect result on cakes.
- Pasta Top can also be used for cakes that require refrigerated storage.
- It can be colored with fat-soluble food coloring in powder or gel form.
