Mulino Marino's durum wheat flour is obtained by natural stone grinding of organically grown grains; specifically, Simeto Rustico wheat from Sicily, the Marco Aurelio and Achille varieties from the Marche region, and the Marco Aurelio variety from Oltrepò Pavese. The grains are selected according to quality, safety, and biodiversity criteria and ground according to their characteristics without the addition of additives, preservatives, or stabilizers. INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat. PAIRING: Ideal for egg pasta and Apulian bread. PLACE OF PRODUCTION: Cossano Belbo (Cuneo). NB: The 1 kg packs are portioned in our laboratory from larger bags.
