The cutter has a low cutting profile, so it can be used both to stamp the figure onto the fondant and to cut it out with a utility knife. How to use: Place some Crisco on your work surface (without powdered sugar!). Knead the fondant well and roll it out very thinly without lifting it from your work surface. Make sure the fondant is securely on your work surface. Grease your hands with a little Crisco and cover the patchwork cut whit a little Crisco as well. Press the patchwork cutter firmly into the fondant. Carefully remove the remaining fondant using miniature tools. Let the fondant harden for 10 minutes and then carefully remove. Size: approx. 12.5 cm
