The low panettone molds are made with high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerances, making the molds suitable for use on automatic destacking machines. The vertical band is made of corrugated paper, greaseproof, non-stick and approved for food contact. The bottom is made of corrugated microperforated paper, non-stick and approved for food contact. The ink used for printing is resistant to temperature and the spraying of preservatives. The panettone molds are self-supporting, they do not require metal baking trays for cooking.
